Achieving a joint resolution of the dispute, or at least starting to do this, in a single morning or afternoon. Quick and effective. That’s the essence of one-day mediation. The major advantage of this is that all parties concerned know exactly what they’re getting into, have an idea of how long the process will take and are encouraged to seek a solution. The costs (a fixed price) are clear beforehand as well.

For any type of mediation

One-day mediation can be applied with any type of mediation, such as neighbour or employment disputes. Agreements are made with the disputing parties or the referring party. Excellent preparation is essential for the joint meeting to succeed. The mediator will analyse the situation ahead of time and, when the information is complete, schedule the meeting.
