Intercultural affairs

Result Mediation offers consultancy, training and services on Intercultural Management themes.

Intercultural affairs

Culture has become one of the key-issues for organizations to manage on strategic and operational levels. Core business competencies and rational management models are no longer enough to compete and survive in the world today. Rather, it is the way people implement them in practice, which makes organizations stand out.

Result Mediation works also as a management consultancy network that support organizations in harnessing their (inter)cultural dynamics as key drivers for reaching their goals and targets. After cooperating since 2012 Result Mediation obtained full ownership of all IP and activities of Ideas4culture in 2018.

Our mission is to integrate (inter) cultural disciplines, models and theory that work for our clients in their day-to-day operations. Working practices that go beyond intercultural awareness. We support organizations and individuals to adapt effectively in today’s complex world of international business.

Using existing tension between groups, we enable clients to unleash their creative potential in finding their own unique solutions. We combine hard, scientifically validated, models with the latest developments in social science research, and we provide executive coaching and mediation. We practice what we preach. We build on years of experience working and holding line-responsibilities and management positions in the international, corporate and non-corporate world.

Focus of Result Mediation

Culture has become one of the key-issues for organizations to manage on strategic and operational levels. Core business competencies and rational management models are no longer enough to compete and survive in the world today. Rather, it is the way people implement them in practice, which makes organizations stand out.

Based on our extensive experience with training, coaching and mediating conflict within international organizations such as the European Space Agency we see intercultural awareness and training as a key skill for organizations and individuals.

We combine hard, scientifically validated, models with the latest developments in social science research, and we provide training, executive coaching and mediation. We practice what we preach. To enhance our services and training capabilities we incorporated the Deep Democracy approach into our training programs in 2018
