Elodie-Anne Telemaque, mediator in international organisations
Elodie-Anne Telemaque is a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 1994. She has acquired specific professional experience in intellectual property and civil and commercial law advice and litigation.
As a trained mediator by the Paris Institute Catholique since 2005 and certified by the French Institute for certification of mediators (IFCM) in 2014 and the International Mediation Institute (IMI) in 2015, Elodie-Anne Télémaque is accredited by the Center of Mediation and Arbitration of Paris, by the Centre National de Médiation des Avocats and by the Arbitration and Mediation Center of the World Intellectual Property Organization.
She has acted in tens of contractual and judiciary mediations, both in French and in English. She has also been a teacher in mediation since 2008 in France (CMAP, EFB, Campus Avocats, ENM, IEEPI, IFOMENE, Université d’Evry) and elsewhere (Haiti Chamber of conciliation and arbitration, CEPFOMEN Cameroon, Ivory Coast).
